Our Day Our Way
When we first met Annie and Arthur, we felt they shared a special bond. They had an intimacy that drew us in and upon hearing they would get married on their twelfth anniversary, it all made sense. We wanted to capture the sincerity of their love and we knew our wedding highlights film would perfectly complement the photography in a genuine and beautiful way.
On a warm November morning, Surry Hills came to life as if to celebrate alongside Annie and Arthur on their wedding day. As the couple strolled to the venue, their intimacy revealed itself in subtle and tender ways. It was in a reassuring touch, a cheeky smile and a curious glance through a window that we discovered their love among the settings both simple and beautiful.
Within the hidden surrounds of Surry Hills’ Porteno, Annie and Arthur took a moment. To prepare. To be apart. To reflect on everything to come. It was in these moments we felt their love quietly fill the air. No bridal party or make-up artists could have made Annie and Arthur look better than the gentle sunlit glow and the evocative surroundings echoing a love uniquely theirs.
During the ceremony the couple shared memories of high school formals and their youthful romance. Tears were minimal but love and joy were all around as friends and family members spoke of how the couple were made for each other.
With formalities done, Annie and Arthur celebrated with a one-of-a-kind first dance in their socks. With playful smiles and carefree moves, the party kicked on and we captured what were truly wedding highlights on film.
We loved being a part of Annie and Arthur’s celebrations and were thrilled to be the wedding photographers and videographers for their special day, just twelve years on.
